  Beats Dentistry offers various dental services, including routine check-ups, diagnostic exams, preventive care, restorative treatments, and cosmetic procedures. All services provided are subject to the discretion of licensed dental professionals. 

 Patients are required to provide accurate medical and dental histories during consultations. It is the patient’s responsibility to inform the dental team of any changes to their health, medications, or dental conditions prior to receiving treatment. 

 Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage and any out-of-pocket expenses for services rendered. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

 Beats Dentistry, its practitioners, and staff shall not be liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from treatment provided, as long as such outcomes are within the standards of reasonable dental practice. Patients are encouraged to discuss any concerns with their dental provider.
